Unite! brings together students, teachers, researchers, and staff in a shared educational space shaped by linguistic and cultural diversity. Learning in such a multilingual and multicultural environment is central to how the Alliance prepares its members to collaborate effectively, move across institutional and national contexts, and engage with global challenges. This page brings together the Unite! Policy on Multilingualism and Multiculturalism, guidance for its implementation, and a range of learning opportunities and courses that support collaboration, mobility, employability, and global engagement across the Alliance.

Activities and offers for students

Unite! promotes multilingualism and multiculturalism to foster global competence among students and staff, in line with EU values and the mission of the Alliance. English is the common language, but functional multilingualism is encouraged to enhance inclusion and take advantage of linguistic diversity. This policy, set out in this document, aims to integrate these principles into education, research and everyday activities.
